Day 01

Pickups, Sangupiddi Bridge & Jaffna Evening

Departure from Galle at 02:30 AM. Travel via Kurundugaha and Homagama with pickups along the route. Visit Isurumuniya at 09:30 AM. Cross the scenic Sangupiddi Bridge at 02:35 PM. Check into the hotel in Jaffna and enjoy an evening street walk and visit to the famous Malayan Cafe.

Day 02

Delft Island, Nagadeepa & Jaffna Fort

Arrive at Kurikadduwan Jetty (07:15 AM) and board the boat to Delft Island. Explore the Dutch Fort, Baobab tree, giant Footprint of Hanuman, Dutch Pigeon Cage, Dutch stables, Delft beach, and spot wild horses. In the afternoon, visit Nagadeepa Viharaya temple, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Memorial, and the historic Jaffna Fort.

Day 03

Northern Heritage Trail & Get-Together

Explore Ariyakulam Pond, Nallur Kandaswamy Kovil, Sangili Thoppu (Sangili Statue & Mantri Manai), Nilavarai Bottomless Well, Point Pedro (Sakkottai Cape), Keerimalai Holy Pond, and Dambakola Patuna. Visit Fort Hammenhiel Restaurant. Stop at the famous Rio Ice Cream before returning to the hotel for a get-together social dinner.

Day 04

Elephant Pass, Anuradhapura & Return

Visit Jaffna Railway Station and view the exterior of Jaffna Library. Visit the historic Elephant Pass War Memorial (09:30 AM). Have a lunch stop at Anuradhapura, and drive back to Galle with drop-offs along the route.
